Happy with their quality and service. Recommend they use stronger boxes. With the exception of one item, my merchandise has been received in good condition; however, considering the condition of the boxes I am very surprised

The only problem that I have ever had is the boxes tend to get dented pretty bad in transit. Otherwise same wonderful items and services!

When the box arrived, it was badly damaged but the merchandise was
fine. Very surprised as there was a hole in the box. I'm thinking that the
box came from the UK as it had a "Royal Mail" stamp on it. I'm assuming
that you don't stock the items in Alaska.
