Everything was wonderful except the packing box, which arrived in a damaged condition. Luckily, the merchandise itself was in good shape.

I have had some difficulties in reaching customer service via phone and email on several occasions. They seem to have technical difficulties at times and right now they are investigating why my emails have not been received or replied to. That can be a serious problem for them if others are having...
