All the furniture is well amde, pretty.The only problem I have is that two items came in BROKEN. Very upsetting..Service is fast.Website is extremely slow in loading..

I have had some difficulties in reaching customer service via phone and email on several occasions. They seem to have technical difficulties at times and right now they are investigating why my emails have not been received or replied to. That can be a serious problem for them if others are having...

Service very good. I have also called on the phone in anticipation of ordering a doll house and was very satisfied with advice. Look forward to ordering house later this year.

I love the company and its products, but unfortuantely it looks like a box had been run over and the contents inside quite demolished.

I love it even tho it is just a "tad" bigger than it should be!!
