Excellent experience.

The baby has a cute facial expression. The only thing I did not like was the elastic knots on the arms and legs. The outfit was poorly made, fit well on one side but was hideously shaped on the other

Shipping took a little longer than expected, as I didn't realize it shipped from the UK. Item did not arrive in time for Christmas, but I expect that when an item has to go through customs. Just wish I had known sooner. I will still use it for her birthday, though, as they are just gorgeous! Overall...

There was a delay with the shipment and I had to check on the order. Customer Service was very responsive and took care of the shipping issue immediately. All the products were of good quality.
