The items were fine but I thought they would be damaged from the condition of the packing.

It took a very long time for my order to arrive and the box looked like it had been opened and was badly damaged. Luckily, nothing was missing or damaged. I am very happy with the balustrade but the rest of the items were more for children than collectors and builders.
