These apply to any order placed through the website and you must read these general terms and conditions of sale. By placing an order through the website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these in their entirety. We have taken all reasonable precautions to try to ensure accuracy of prices and product descriptions. However, when ordering, please note that:
- orders are accepted on the basis that there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their advertised price
- packaging may vary from that shown
- the weights and dimensions shown are approximate only
- whilst we try to replicate colours accurately, actual colours you see depends on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that the colour you see will accurately reflect the actual colour
- all products are subject to availability

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
An order placed is an offer to purchase goods for the price (including delivery and other charges) specified at the time an order is placed. The company reserves the right to accept or reject an offer to purchase for any reason, including the unavailability of any goods, a pricing or description discrepancy or an error in your order. Completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order which takes place only when we ship your goods. Goods remain our property until we have received payment in full from you. Card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer and we take payment when you place your order. If your payment is not received before products are delivered to you, payment must be made or the goods returned within 30 days, in the same condition that you received them, and at your own expense. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to any goods that are subject of an unpaid order.
DELIVERY
Delivery timescales vary depending on goods ordered and delivery address. We aim to ship orders the same day by first class mail or speedy carrier. We aim to keep stock of all items. We reserve the right to define what can be delivered to which destination.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING

GUARANTEE
Our service is designed to make you feel comfortable and secure. If you are not completely satisfied with any goods from us, you may return them within 30 days in the original packaging for a full refund. This special no-quibble guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. We do not want you to accept anything from us that is not completely satisfactory in every way.
DAMAGED, INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED GOODS OR CANCELLATION
Please check goods received against your order. You should not sign for acceptance of goods delivered that have been damaged in transit. If goods are damaged, incorrectly supplied or if you change your mind and simply want to cancel goods delivered, please inform us by mail, phone or e-mail at the earliest opportunity, and not later than 3 days after delivery. Goods must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we are unable to accept the return of any damaged, incorrectly supplied or cancelled goods if we have not been informed within 3 days of delivering them.
Products should be returned in their original packaging, promptly at the customer cost. To make a return, please call us toll free on 1-877-986-9677. We will give you a returns number and explain how to get the goods back to us. Where an item is part of a set, please return the whole set. Returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% if they are not received in a resalable condition.
If you choose to return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage in transit and we reserve the right to charge you or not to refund any amounts attributable to such loss or damage. We therefore recommend that you use a suitable delivery service.

CLOSEOUT STOCK
We are unable to give a refund, exchange or replacement on closeout stock.
